ORDERS:

Your order is very important to us. Every piece at Orchesa is handmade and to order. While we try to get your orders to you ASAP, please allow us 3-4 weeks for the production and delivery of your items to ensure the best quality. Some items may require more time.

SHIPPING:

All parcels will be sent using PostNord of Sweden. See below for our shipping lead times please be aware that these are approximations (any major national holidays could effect these times):

EU: 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS // NORTH AMERICA: 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS // CENTRAL AMERICA : 7-9 BUSINESS DAYS // SOUTH AMERICA: 6-8 BUSINESS DAYS // ASIA: 4-6 BUSINESS DAYS // AUSTRALIA: 6-8 BUSINESS DAYS // AFRICA: 7-9 BUSINESS DAYS

Typically, signature upon delivery is not required, therefore Orchesa is not responsible for any lost or stolen package after the package appears delivered.

TRACKING:

All orders are sent using PostNord of Sweden. In order to track the full cycle of shipping, please use the supplied tracking number. Once the parcel has left the EU, your domestic national post service will be able to track the parcel.

For example- US SHIPPING: when the order is shipped via POSTNORD from Sweden, it can be tracked by USPS once the package has been filed by US customs.

PAYMENTS:

Orchesa is based out of Sweden, therefore, all prices are displayed in Swedish Kronor (SEK or kr). While only one currency is reflected on our website, customers in other countries (and currencies) can still shop the website. Customers will see the price in the store's currency (SEK or kr) at checkout. Once the charge is processed by their bank, they will see the converted amount in their native currency within their bank statement.

We currently accept the following methods of payment: Visa,MasterCard, American Express, Discover, ApplePay, PayPal and Venmo.

PRICES:

Orchesa reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, and is committed to honoring the price at the time of purchase.

The prices are given in Swedish Kronor. Prices do not include shipping costs, the charge will be indicated before validation of the order.

CUSTOMS:

Please be aware that when purchasing in some countries you may be taxed a  value-added tax, duties, or customs. If this is a standard in your country, this will not be reflected in the price at checkout, these taxes are determined by your country; we are not responsible and have no control over services and fees for processing imported goods.

Orchesa is not responsible for any potential foreign transaction fees determined by the bank of the buyer.

RETURNS:

We will gladly accept returns on purchases made on the website. Any goods must be unworn, unused and in all original packaging- postmarked within 10 days of the delivery date. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs; Orchesa is not responsible for any lost packages during the return process, for that reason, insurance is highly recommended. The customer will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the return. To start the return process, please email gianna@orchesa.com.

In the event that you receive your order and believe that it is damaged or defected, you must contact gianna@orchesa.com within 48 hours of receiving the item. In this email, you must include your name, the receipt, a description of the issue and photos that document clearly the defect(s). We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair.

If you have purchase piece of Orchesa jewelry from another retailer, please contact their customer service to determine their policies. We are not responsible for order made outside of www.orchesa.com.

Custom made pieces are considered final sale.

EXCHANGES:

We will gladly exchange purchases made on the website. Any goods must be unworn, unused and in all original packaging- postmarked within 10 days of the delivery date. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs; Orchesa is not responsible for any lost packages during the return part of the process process, for that reason, insurance is highly recommended. To start the exchange process, please email gianna@orchesa.com and provide a proof of purchase.

SERVICE:

All Orchesa jewelry is handmade and should be handled with special care. We will gladly repair any jewelry purchased made through our website within 90 days of the original purchase. Based on the nature of your repair, the service may be subjected to a fee. Please note that any shipping costs for servicing are the customer’s responsibility. When purchasing products from our web-shop, you may be asked to provide certain contact details, for example: name, address, email, telephone. It is your choice whether or not to provide these details. However, if you choose to refrain, you may be unable to purchase products, access services and receive exclusive information regarding promotions and offers.
